Atul Ltd wins the international bid of the Government of Rajasthan to supply tissue culture raised date palms in Rajasthan, India
Establishment of a modern nursery for tissue culture raised date palms in Jodhpur, Rajasthan by Atul
In principle agreement between the Government of Rajasthan and Atul to establish a joint venture
Atul signs a historic Memorandum of Understanding with United Arab Emirates University for transfer of technology for tissue culture raised date palms
2009
Incorporation of Atul Rajasthan Date Palms Ltd as a joint venture company between Rajasthan Horticulture Development Society and Atul to produce and sell tissue culture raised date palms
Completion of scientific plantation of elite varieties of tissue culture raised date palms in 250 acres of land in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, by far the largest demonstration farm and for the first in India by Atul
Atul receives the prestigious Khalifa International Date Palm Award of UAE in the ‘Best Producer’ category in recognition of the vision and efforts of the Company to green the deserts in India
2010
Completion of scientific plantation of elite varieties of tissue culture raised date palms in 125 acres of land in Bikaner, Rajasthan by Atul
Atul receives the prestigious Siemens Ecovatives Award in India in the Earth Care category
2011
Acquisition of a majority holding in DPD Ltd, one of the largest producers of tissue culture raised date palms in the world, by Atul
2012
Inauguration of the state-of-the-art facilities in Jodhpur to produce tissue culture raised date palms for the first time in India by the Honourable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Mr Ashok Gehlot
